Annual vaccines:
|
Animals age more quickly than humans do, so it is important that they get a wellness examination and receive booster vaccinations every year. Regular wellness examinations ensure that health problems are discovered early on in the process, so that we can provide the best treatments possible. Most vaccines require annual boosters.
Cats require annual rabies and DRC vaccines. If the animal is kept up to date on rabies vaccines, booster vaccinations are good for three years. You can find out your animal's current vaccination status by calling the clinic. The DRC vaccine includes Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia (also known as Feline Distemper). We also have tests and vaccines available for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. |
